Our team have been working hard on this one, and so happy to finally share it. You can now text your customers straight from Avenue, and their replies come back to you in the same place. No more jumping around between apps and devices.

If you run a service business, you already know the pain. Leads come in one spot, bookings live somewhere else, and then you're texting people back from your own phone trying to keep track of it all. It's a lot. So we built 2-way SMS right into your dashboard to pull all of that into one place.

Here's the gist. When you turn 2-way SMS on, Avenue gives your business its own phone number. Got a few locations? You can set up a separate number for each one, however many you need. And you'll never have to hand out your personal number again.

Talking to customers, all in one place

Once you've got Avenue running on your site, your Book Online button, or a link you share around, every submission that comes in automatically sends the customer a confirmation and receipt by text. You don't have to do a thing. Someone books, Avenue texts them the receipt, and when they reply, it shows up right on your dashboard next to all their booking details.

And when you're short on time (when are you not), you don't have to write every message from scratch. We've put pre-filled templates right in the message box. Pick one, change a word or two if you want, and send. That's it, sending a message becomes a single click.

When you've got the full Avenue setup

If you're running Avenue Forms, the Call Agent, and 2-way SMS together, you've basically got your whole booking system in one place. Even the leads who call your number and get sent a booking link land in your SMS dashboard. You can read the summary of their call and know exactly what they're after before you reply.

A form submission, a call handled by the AI, a text you sent yourself, it's all sitting on the same conversation page. No more digging through your mailbox to find that one submission, and no more blurring the line between your personal mobile and your work.

Want to take calls on your own phone?

We can definitely do that. Your Avenue number is not just for texting, you can take calls with any mobile devices you have. Switch on call forwarding, it's one click, and any call to your Avenue number rings straight through to your personal phone. Pick up like normal.
