Set up call diversion from your business landline to Avenue Call Agent

Business Landline Setup

If you're using a business landline, your telephony provider will handle the call diversion setup for you.

What You Need

  • Your Avenue Call Agent phone number (provided via email)

Setup

Contact your telephony provider and request:

Please set up call diversion from my business number to [your Avenue number] when the line is busy, unanswered, unreachable, or after business hours.

Your provider will know exactly what to do. They may ask which diversion types you want:

  • On busy - Forward when you're on another call
  • On no answer - Forward when you don't pick up
  • On unreachable - Forward when your line is unavailable
  • After hours - Forward outside your business hours
  • Unconditional - Forward all calls (useful for holidays)

We recommend enabling busy, no answer, unreachable, and after hours for everyday use.
